• Stay with well-known varietals. (ex: Chardonnay, Syrah, Rieslings)
• Price range between $10 - $15
• Provide guests with minimal information on wines
• Fun way to get to discover new tastes

COMPARATIVE TASTING
(The Fun Yet Educational)

• Pick a Theme - All Minnesota Wines, All Riesling, All $15, etc.
• Each guest provides a wine and information on the wine they brought
• Conduct a Blind Tasting (ie - numbered brown bags)
• Tasting Cards to judge the wine (sight, smell & taste)

VERTICAL TASTING
(For Serious Wine Connoisseurs)

• Same wine type (Riesling), same winery, different vintages
• Proper glassware (glass style according to wine selected)
